📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the implementation of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and other advanced construction technologies to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and deploy IoT solutions for real-time site monitoring and data collection.
• Utilize AI and machine learning to optimize project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate technology solutions into project workflows.
• Conduct training and workshops to upskill teams on new technologies and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of construction technologies, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in construction technology.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction technology, with a proven track record in implementing BIM, IoT, and AI solutions.
• Certifications in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks), IoT (e.g., Cisco IoT, AWS IoT), and AI (e.g., TensorFlow, Python) are a plus.
• Proven experience in driving digital transformation in the construction sector.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel for business purposes.
