• Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective material delivery.
• Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excesses.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Track and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to support project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all logistics activities.
• Provide support to the project team in resolving logistics-related issues and challenges.
• Participate in regular meetings and updates to discuss logistics progress and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics administration, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations relevant to the construction industry.
• Familiarity with construction project management tools and practices is a plus.
