📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and update class schedules and student databases using our in-house management system.
- Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure all classes run smoothly.
- Handle parent/prospect communications, including enrollments, payments, and follow-ups.
- Organize and distribute course materials, handouts, and resources.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of events, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or educational roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
