📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop the sales and marketing efforts in your assigned area.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that our products and services are effectively promoted and sold to our target market.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales and marketing performance.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our sales and marketing efforts are effective and relevant.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using sales and marketing software and tools.
  • Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
