📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all sales and operational targets.,Assist in training and developing store staff.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.,Assist in planning and executing store promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
