📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing daily clinic operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee and coordinate the work of dental assistants and support staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinic documentation.,Assist in scheduling and managing appointments for patients.,Support the Captain in training and developing new staff members.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.,Assist in the preparation and organization of medical supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of dental procedures and protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using dental software and equipment.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
