📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of drivers and other fleet personnel.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Negotiate with vendors and service providers for competitive pricing and quality service.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and comply with all legal requirements.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.,Handle any fleet-related emergencies or incidents promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
