📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and software.,Monitor and maintain network and server performance.,Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.,Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Participate in system upgrades and migrations.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in system administration or a related role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.,Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
