📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
  • Lead and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor food costs and profitability.
  • Participate in product development and innovation.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a kitchen team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with bakery equipment and techniques.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience in managing inventory and purchasing.
