📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company targets.

Participate in product training and development activities.

Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare market is a plus.

Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.

Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
