📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of procurement activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and analyze purchase reports to support decision-making.
  • Ensure all purchases are within budget and comply with company guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the purchasing department.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian business practices and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
