Assess and evaluate industrial risk insurance needs for manufacturing clients,Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses,Conduct market research to identify insurance products and providers that best suit clients' needs,Maintain relationships with insurance carriers and brokers to secure favorable terms and rates,Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on risk management and insurance solutions,Monitor and review insurance policies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute risk management plans,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in industrial risk insurance🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial risk insurance, preferably in the manufacturing sector,Strong knowledge of industrial risk insurance products and coverage options,Proven experience in risk assessment, analysis, and mitigation,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using insurance software and risk management tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills🛠️ Keahlian
