Mart Market Berjaya is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliations, and other accounting tasks. If you are a recent graduate or have limited experience in accounting and are eager to learn and grow, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports,Process and reconcile bank transactions and accounts payable/receivable,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings,Provide support to the finance team in other accounting tasks as needed,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections,Participate in training and development programs to enhance accounting skills,Assist in the preparation of payroll and other HR-related financial tasks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field
