PT Mega Anugerah is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Distribution Officer to join our team in Ambon. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in distribution and logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the distribution team in managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring timely and efficient distribution of products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to schedule and manage deliveries.,Assist in the preparation and organization of delivery documents and reports.,Support the distribution team in maintaining and updating distribution schedules.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues related to deliveries.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies.,Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members.,Support the distribution team in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a distribution or logistics role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).,Strong knowledge of inventory management and distribution processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with distribution management software is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations as required.
