📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Manage and train a team of store assistants to achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management to prevent overstocking or stockouts.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive shopping experience.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure all promotions and new product launches are effectively communicated and executed in the store.,Conduct regular performance reviews with store assistants to provide feedback and support their professional development.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.,Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and sales reporting tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
