📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and baking.,Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Prepare and present daily specials and menu items.,Participate in quality control and taste tests to ensure food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Cook or similar role in a bakery or food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary standards.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
