📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage electrical projects from planning to completion.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.,Maintain and inspect electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficiency.,Train and mentor junior electricians and support staff.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Manage and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.,Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.,Maintain accurate records of all electrical work and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrician in a similar role.,Proven leadership and management experience.,Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.,Experience with electrical system maintenance and troubleshooting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid electrical license and certifications.,Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
