As the Lead Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, driver scheduling, and route optimization.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and maintain vehicle performance and fuel efficiency.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet productivity and reduce costs.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of fleet vehicles and equipment.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to fleet operations.,Provide training and support to new drivers and fleet staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and reducing costs.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
