QUILL Cemerlang is looking for an experienced Lead Store Admin to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Train and mentor junior store staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage the store's budget and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and compliant.,Develop and implement store policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving store performance and customer satisfaction.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
