📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and implement training curricula aligned with organizational goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Lead training sessions and workshops, ensuring they are engaging and informative.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide feedback and support to employees to enhance their development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
