📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and profitability,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs),Identify and mitigate operational risks and challenges

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Proven track record of success in managing and improving operational efficiency,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Fluent in Indonesian and English,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
