📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with the production team to meet daily production targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of product quality.,Develop and implement production schedules to optimize workflow.,Train and mentor junior staff to improve overall performance.,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.,Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using production management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards for pharmaceutical products.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.
