📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and third-party recruiters.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.
  • Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
