📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best-fit candidates for open positions.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local job market and employer branding.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
