Shop Town Mandiri is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, including servicing, repairs, and inspections.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status.,Assist in the planning and implementation of fleet expansion or reduction strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
