📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Promote and sell products effectively to meet sales targets.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Assist in store maintenance and cleanliness to keep the store in top condition.,Provide accurate and helpful product information to customers.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail sales is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic computer skills.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work in a team environment.
