📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and sales support to our retail customers.,Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve targets.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information and pricing.,Promote and sell our products effectively to both existing and new customers.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
