📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales leads, both domestically and internationally.,Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing, product specifications, and project timelines.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the marine or shipbuilding industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
