📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage administrative functions including office operations, personnel, and general office supplies.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.,Oversee office security and maintenance, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment.,Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, events, and other corporate activities.,Manage company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.,Provide support to the management team in decision-making processes.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Affairs role or a similar administrative position.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
