📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with company goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement.,Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements.,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs.,Maintain training records and provide reports as required.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by conducting interviews and assessments.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Knowledge of training methodologies and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience in using training management software is an advantage.,Certifications in training and development are beneficial.
