HR Officer (Operations)

You'll use tools like BambooHR for HRIS, and SAP for payroll processing, while adhering to Indonesian labor laws and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Administer compensation and benefits, including salary processing and benefits administration using SAP and BambooHR.
• Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including tax and social security obligations.
• Provide HR support to managers, including training and development programs.
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain positive employer-employee relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HRIS and payroll software, such as BambooHR and SAP.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
