📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate daily resort operations, including housekeeping, dining services, and guest amenities.
• Ensure all guest experiences meet the highest standards of luxury and service.
• Manage and train staff to uphold the resort's commitment to excellence.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality operations, preferably in a high-end resort environment.
• Proven track record of managing and leading teams in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality software such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
