Figma is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our Enterprise team in Sydney or Melbourne. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth and customer success for our enterprise clients. You will work closely with our sales and customer success teams to deliver exceptional service and value to our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Own and manage the sales cycle for enterprise clients, from prospecting to closing deals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within enterprise clients.,Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding and adoption process for new clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify target accounts and understand their needs.,Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.,Track and report on sales performance and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in a sales or customer success position.,Strong understanding of enterprise sales and customer success processes and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and sales enablement platforms.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
