As an EDC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining EDC machines, providing technical support to merchants, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You'll work closely with our sales and support teams to deliver exceptional service, helping businesses in Bali thrive in the digital economy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Install, configure, and maintain EDC machines for merchants across Bali.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for EDC issues.
- Ensure EDC systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Train merchants on the proper use and maintenance of EDC machines.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct regular system checks and updates to optimize performance.
- Document all technical activities and maintain records of EDC installations.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- At least 2 years of experience as an EDC Technician or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of EDC machines and payment systems.
- Familiarity with POS systems and payment gateways.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid certification in EDC technology or related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with Indonesian banking and payment regulations.
