As a Financial Solutions Specialist at Allianz PNB Life Insurance, you’ll work closely with clients in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to craft personalized financial strategies. You’ll leverage your expertise in financial products and services to address clients' unique needs, ensuring they achieve their long-term financial goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze clients' financial needs and develop tailored financial solutions using Allianz PNB Life Insurance products and services.
• Conduct financial planning sessions, presentations, and consultations to educate clients on investment opportunities and risk management strategies.
• Utilize financial planning software such as SAP FICO and Microsoft Excel to create detailed financial reports and projections.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote Allianz PNB Life Insurance products and services.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your financial planning skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the team's success by achieving sales targets and exceeding client expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, insurance, or a related field.
• Certification in financial planning, such as the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services offered by Allianz PNB Life Insurance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using financial planning software, including SAP FICO and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
