📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
• Manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control using our in-house inventory management system.
• Ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded through effective team leadership and motivation.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with the store manager and other department heads to ensure that the store runs efficiently and effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the store remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B retail industry.
• Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
