📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage funeral services from inception to completion, ensuring all details are handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
• Utilize the Funeral Management System (FMS) to track and manage client information, vendor contracts, and service details.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, including funeral directors, embalmers, florists, and other service providers.
• Provide compassionate and empathetic support to families, guiding them through the funeral planning process.
• Stay up-to-date with local regulations and best practices in funeral services.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new funeral service offerings.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in funeral services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as funeral service, hospitality, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in funeral services, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cultural sensitivity and the ability to provide support to families from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
