📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver high-impact corporate training programs tailored to the unique needs of PT Multi Citra Rasa's employees.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and align our learning initiatives with business objectives.
• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using industry-leading tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft Teams.
• Implement data-driven strategies to measure the effectiveness of our training programs and make data-informed decisions to continuously improve our learning initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in corporate training and professional development.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the learning and development team, ensuring the successful execution of our learning initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive the success of our learning programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of designing, developing, and delivering high-impact training programs.
• Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, Docebo, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certification in instructional design, learning management, or a related field is a plus.
