As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and beverage experiences for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties to guests.,Maintain and operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other beverage equipment.,Ensure the quality and consistency of coffee and beverages.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front of house staff to ensure smooth operations.,Keep the coffee and beverage area clean and organized.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role.,Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.,Familiarity with coffee and beverage equipment and maintenance.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
