📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and analyze financial data using tools such as SAP and QuickBooks.
• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Provide training and support to junior finance team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with financial reporting software such as SAP or QuickBooks.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
